Parting shot

This was sent by someone I'd been corresponding with recently:

"I have a more successful career than you and I suspect I am paid several times what you are. I can do a lot better."

Some self-styled subs really don't have a clue do they?

And since somebody's bound to wonder... I'm a well-paid urban professional who is doing reasonably well for himself, even though I say so myself. Apart, of course, in the little matter of finding the right person.

If you've found your way here, it's almost certainly because you've come from another site. I still have a profile there, but won't be using it much in the future because this blog might be a better way for me to talk to, and hopefully meet, people.
